The Power Of Imperceptible Non-Cooperation

In groups where:

  1. everyone waits for the other to make the first move,
  2. the first mover is copied without compensation
  3. the first mover is explicitly stopped in the name of "patience" and slow action
change ought to be made slowly too, because such groups do not deserve progress. Wait for moments which require expediency, and provide no cooperation or assistance to the group. Make them realize the values of initiative, prudent pro-active action.
