Caviar is overrated

I tried 2 types of caviar today, the black and orange, at hong kong international airport. This was my first time.

I had expected a luxury delicacy to taste better. It tastes more fishy than sushi and is very salty too.

It would have been better with a lot of wasabi, but still sushi is light years ahead of caviar if you compare uncooked seafood.

So don’t waste your money on it.
